Student Management
Manage student admissions, records, promotions, and alumni.
New Admission
Add new students to the system.
- Navigate to Students → Create
- Fill in personal details (name, gender, DOB, blood group)
- Add contact information (address, phone, email)
- Enter guardian details (parent names, occupation, contact)
- Select academic details (class, section, roll number)
- Upload photo and documents
- Click Submit
Required Fields: First name, last name, class, and admission date are mandatory.
Bulk Import
Import multiple students via CSV/Excel file.
- Go to Students → Import
- Download sample template
- Fill in student data in template
- Upload completed file
- Map columns to fields
- Preview and confirm import
Student List & Search
Find and manage students.
- Search by Name: Enter student name in search box
- Filter by Class: Select class/section from dropdown
- Filter by Status: Active, inactive, or alumni
- Filter by Date: Admission date range
Student Actions
Available actions for student records.

Student Promotion
Promote students to next class at year end.
- Go to Students → Promote
- Select current class and section
- Choose target class
- Select students (or select all)
- Review promotions
- Confirm promotion
Note: Clear fee balances and library issues before promotion.
Alumni Management
Maintain records of graduated students.
- Go to Students → Alumni
- View list of alumni
- Search by name, year, class
- View academic history
- Generate transfer certificates
