Student Management

Manage student admissions, records, promotions, and alumni.

New Admission

Add new students to the system.

  1. Navigate to Students → Create
  2. Fill in personal details (name, gender, DOB, blood group)
  3. Add contact information (address, phone, email)
  4. Enter guardian details (parent names, occupation, contact)
  5. Select academic details (class, section, roll number)
  6. Upload photo and documents
  7. Click Submit
Required Fields: First name, last name, class, and admission date are mandatory.

Bulk Import

Import multiple students via CSV/Excel file.

  1. Go to Students → Import
  2. Download sample template
  3. Fill in student data in template
  4. Upload completed file
  5. Map columns to fields
  6. Preview and confirm import

Student List & Search

Find and manage students.

  • Search by Name: Enter student name in search box
  • Filter by Class: Select class/section from dropdown
  • Filter by Status: Active, inactive, or alumni
  • Filter by Date: Admission date range

Available actions for student records.

Student Promotion

Promote students to next class at year end.

  1. Go to Students → Promote
  2. Select current class and section
  3. Choose target class
  4. Select students (or select all)
  5. Review promotions
  6. Confirm promotion
Note: Clear fee balances and library issues before promotion.

Alumni Management

Maintain records of graduated students.

  1. Go to Students → Alumni
  2. View list of alumni
  3. Search by name, year, class
  4. View academic history
  5. Generate transfer certificates
