Library Management

Manage library books, members, and circulation.

Book Management

Add and manage library books.

  1. Go to Library → Books
  2. Click Add Book
  3. Enter book details:
    • Title, Author, ISBN
    • Publisher, Edition
    • Category, Subject
  4. Set quantity and cost
  5. Add shelf location
  6. Upload book cover
  7. Save

Member Management

Register library members.

  1. Go to Library → Members
  2. Select member type (Student/Employee)
  3. Choose person from records
  4. Set membership period
  5. Issue library card
  6. Save

Book Issue & Return

Circulate books to members.

Issuing Books

  1. Go to Library → Issue
  2. Scan or enter member ID
  3. Scan book barcode
  4. Set due date
  5. Confirm issue

Returning Books

  1. Go to Library → Return
  2. Scan book barcode
  3. System checks for fines
  4. Collect fine if applicable
  5. Confirm return

Library Reports

Generate library statistics.

  • Available books inventory
  • Issued books list
  • Overdue books and fines
  • Member activity report
  • Category-wise stock
  • Most popular books
