Timetable Management

Create and manage class schedules.

  1. Go to Academics → Timetable
  2. Select class and section
  3. Add periods for each day
  4. Assign subjects and teachers
  5. Set break times
  6. Save timetable

Study Materials

  1. Go to Academics → Study Materials
  2. Click Upload Material
  3. Select class and subject
  4. Enter title and description
  5. Upload files (PDF, DOC, PPT, Video)
  6. Set visibility (class-wide or all students)
  7. Publish

Substitution Management

Handle teacher absences and substitutions.

  1. Go to Academics → Substitutions
  2. Select absent teacher
  3. Select date
  4. System shows affected periods
  5. Assign substitute teacher
  6. Save substitution
