Hostel Management

Manage hostel facilities, rooms, and student accommodation.

Hostel Setup

Configure hostels and rooms.

Creating Hostel

  1. Go to Hostels → Create
  2. Enter hostel name
  3. Select type (Boys/Girls/Combined)
  4. Add address and contact
  5. Assign warden
  6. Save

Creating Rooms

  1. Go to Hostels → Rooms
  2. Select hostel
  3. Enter room number
  4. Set bed capacity
  5. Select room type (Single/Double/Dormitory)
  6. Add amenities
  7. Set fee per month

Student Assignment

Assign students to hostel rooms.

  1. Go to Hostels → Assignments
  2. Click New Assignment
  3. Select student
  4. Choose hostel and room
  5. Select bed number
  6. Set stay period
  7. Confirm assignment

Visitor Management

Track hostel visitors.

  1. Go to Hostels → Visitors
  2. Enter visitor details
  3. Select student being visited
  4. Record in time
  5. Record out time on exit
  6. Save record

Manage hostel charges.

  • Mess Fee
  • Security Deposit
  • Maintenance Fee
