System Settings

Configure system-wide settings and preferences.

General Settings

Configure basic school information.

  • School name and logo
  • Address and contact details
  • Academic year configuration
  • Time zone and locale
  • Currency settings

User Management

Manage user accounts and permissions.

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Create new user accounts
  3. Assign roles and permissions
  4. Reset passwords
  5. Enable/disable accounts

Role & Permission Settings

Configure role-based access control.

  1. Go to Settings → Roles
  2. Create or edit roles
  3. Assign module permissions
  4. Set action-level access (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
  5. Save changes
Caution: Changing permissions affects what users can access. Test changes carefully.

Academic Year Management

Create and manage academic years.

  1. Go to Settings → Academic Years
  2. Create new academic year
  3. Set start and end dates
  4. Mark as active
