  1. Go to Finance → Accounts
  2. Create account groups:
    • Assets
    • Liabilities
    • Income
    • Expenses
  3. Add individual accounts
  4. Set opening balances

Day Book

Record daily transactions.

  1. Go to Finance → Day Book
  2. Select date
  3. Add transactions:
    • Receipt (Money In)
    • Payment (Money Out)
  4. Select accounts
  5. Enter amount and narration
  6. Save

Journal Entries

Record adjusting and correcting entries.

  1. Go to Finance → Journal
  2. Enter entry date
  3. Add debit entry
  4. Add credit entry
  5. Add narration
  6. Save

Budget Management

Create and monitor budgets.

  1. Go to Finance → Budget
  2. Select fiscal year
  3. Add income budget
  4. Add expense budget
  5. Set budget amounts
  6. Save and approve

  • Compare budget with actual
  • View variance
  • Generate alerts

  • Trial Balance: All account balances
